What type of information we have
We currently collect and process the following information:
· Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics.
· financial and tax information, bank account information, other information related to your business and personal financial affairs.
· information collected pursuant to Anti Money Laundering Regulations.
How we get the information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you during our professional engagement with you.
We may also collect limited tax and income information on your behalf from HMRC and some peronally identifying information about you from Companies House.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(b) We have a contractual obligation to provide accounting services to you and to communicate with you in relation to same.
(c) We have a legal obligation to collect and store certain information about you and your finances under Anti Money Laundering Regulations.
What we do with the information we have
We use the information that you have given us to provide our accounting services to you.
Under your explicit written consent and direction we share this information with HMRC, Companies House and other named entities which you specify from time to time. At the time of sharing it we send you copies of all information shared with other parties.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored at our address above, and on servers in the UK, the EU, Switzerland, and the USA.
We keep your information during our professional engagement and we’re obliged by AML Regulations and HMRC to store it for 5 years from the date of our disengagement. We will then securely delete your information by following a detailed multi-step data deletion procedure covering all the information we hold on you.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
